Garshan Ayurvedic Treatment
The Garshan is a traditional Ayurvedic dry massage that refreshes and stimulates the skin and lymphatic system, enhancing blood circulation and the release of accumulated toxins. This purifying massage removes excess Kapha dosha and strengthens the digestive fire. The entire body is dry brushed using long sweeping strokes, circular movements, and gentle with light or harder pressure where appropriate--all towards the heart center. This process gently removes the dead skin leaving the skin supple and glowing.
The massage is followed with a warm sensuous organic sesame oil gentle massage to totally nourish the skin and relax the body and mind.
Men's Spa Back Treatment
Inviting all men (and women too!) to relax with our Signature Spa Treatment. The exfoliation portion of this treatment will remove dead skin and debris while stimulating the circulatory system. The Canadian Moor Mud and Scrub provide maximum therapeutic value to relax muscles and release tension. An initial dry brushing and warm moist towels are applied throughout the Spa Treatment. A 30-minute deep tissue back, neck, and shoulder massage follows. During the resting stage, either a foot or hand massage is combined for ultimate pampering.
Herbal Body Wrap
