Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Immerse yourself on an inward journey with this Rejuvenating Retreat. Start your morning with a two hour pranayama and yoga class followed by a delicious vegetarian lunch. In the late afternoon particpate in one hour of asana practice, 30 minutes of Chanting and 30 minutes of guided meditation with a fabulous vegetarian dinner served at 7pm. Includes two nights accomodations, deluxe continental breakfast, one morning yoga and lunch and one evening yoga & mediation. Great for single travelers, friends or couples. Yoga & Spa Overnight Retreat

Participate in relaxing and rejuvenating morning pranayama and yoga class, enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch, and in the afternoon receive an Aromatherapy Wrap with gentle massage. Includes one night accommodations for one person in the famous Bonanza Room (located in the Historic Homestead), use of the private hot tub, and a deluxe continental breakfast. The Four Agreements Workshop

Everything we do is based on agreements we have made—agreements with ourselves, with other people, with God, with life. But the most important agreements are the ones we make with ourselves. In these agreements we tell ourselves who we are, how to behave, what is possible, what is impossible. One single agreement is not such a problem, but we have many agreements that come from fear, deplete our energy, and diminish our self-worth.

A Toltec weekend intensive unraveling the Four Agreements and creating personal freedom in your life. Together we will join our intent for your personal peace, and make it safe to explore transforming your belief system into one that aligns with freedom, living with an open heart and broadening avenues of subtle perception of the truth.
